The Church of the Epiphany sits on a beautiful lot with beautiful buildings to support the ministry of the parish throughout the year. With the help of a group of committed lay persons, the grounds of our parish buildings are kept tidy inviting others to enter the beautiful gardens and buildings throughout the week.

Saturday Grounds Crew

Each week, a group of committed volunteers gather at Epiphany to trim the hedges, clean up the outside areas of our campus, and to fix any minor repairs that are needed. The commitment of our Saturday crew helps us maintain a clean campus and a memorial garden that welcomes anyone seeking an outdoor space that invites prayerful reflection. Volunteers are welcomed to join the crew on any Saturday morning starting at about 8:00am.

Parish Cleaning Days

Two or three times a year, the parish comes together to give our campus a deep clean as we prepare for the major seasons of the church's year. From reorganizing storage spaces to maintaining our outside spaces to reconfiguring worship spaces, the Parish Cleaning Days help us prepare for the busiest times of the year and help us maintain an inviting place for others to enjoy.

Property Management Committee

The Property Management Committee, chaired by our volunteer property manager Jerry Adwell, helps our parish keep tabs on minor and major repairs to our campus. The committee meets once a month to review the property wishlist, to identify items that need immediate attention, and to assist the junior warden in managing the property of the parish.
